Description
Multicover 1/3 GN is a flexible cover in size 32.5 x 17.6 cm, specially developed for the hygienic sealing of gastronorm containers and trays within an HACCP environment. The covers are stretched over the edge of the tray and protect the contents from dust, cross-contamination and drying out in refrigeration, kitchen and buffet settings. They are quick to apply and remove and are an alternative to traditional lids or foil. Colour or zone separation can help to keep the kitchen tidy. Ideal for mise en place, saladettes and buffets.
